Approvals
Nothing reaches a company until you approve it. One candidate is one approval: approving sends to every company listed under them. Edit any email first (it saves when you click out of the box), or remove a company that is not a fit.
Replies
Every company that wrote back, traced to the candidate you put forward. Call the candidate, see exactly what we sent, then move the lead along your pipeline.
Pipeline
Every reply as a lead. Drag a card between stages, or use the Move menu on your phone. Notes save when you click out of the box. A lightning flag means the reply came within minutes of our email, so check it is not an auto-reply.
